Our Hours

We are open from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. each week day.

We are closed all legal holidays.

We are also closed when the Franklin City Schools close due to snow or ice.

We need your help - Please Volunteer

The DSC needs volunteers.  We need volunteers with (1) clerical skills; (2) cleaning skills; (3) repair skills; (4) kitchen help; (5) serving at events; (6) editor for the newsletter; (7) receptionist skills, (8) grant writing, and (9) you name what you want to do we can find a volunteer position for you.  Call Mildred at 937-743-8100 for details.

Recycle your used Greeting Cards

Greeting cards of all sizes and descriptions are processed by our volunteers and shipped to St. Jude's Ranch for Children.  There is a marked container in front of the bulletin Board to deposit your cards.

 Ohio Benefit Bank

The Deardoff Senior Center is now an Ohio Benefit Bank site.  We will help you apply for Food Stamps and/or medical assistance.  Please call the Warren County Community Services at 513-267-9570 for a "Quick chekc" to see if you may qualify.  If you may qualify they will provide you with information to bring with you when you complete the final applicaiton at the Deardoff Senior Center.
